Process Control Equipment has six fully operational valve automation centres where we have been actuating valves for over 30 years. We operate in-house valve modification allowing response to quick turnaround requirements. Our automation experts provide the right valve, with the right actuator, ensuring one point of responsibility.

Our valve modification abilities
  • Adaptation for automation.
  • Valve packing and gasket changes.

Our actuation capabilities
  • Pneumatic – scotch yoke, rack & pinion and linear actuators, double acting and spring return.
  • Electric – quarter turn and multi turn, AC and DC voltage, weatherproof, explosion proof, fire safe.
  • Gearboxes – quarter turn and multi turn.
  • Chain wheels – safety chain wheels and hammer blow chain wheels.
