Overview
Sales Support will play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers. Also responsible for a variety of administrative and operational tasks that support the sales team, making a tangible impact on the efficiency and success of the company. The role is essential in facilitating seamless communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Send expediting statements and reminders to suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain and update the ERP system with accurate information from customers and suppliers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding order status and inquiries.
- Coordinate and organize transport arrangements to our warehouse, ensuring efficient logistics and timely deliveries.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Handle customer complaints and work towards quick resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction (alongside the Sales Engineer)
- Process and manage intercompany orders efficiently, ensuring smooth internal transactions.
- Handle telephone calls and re-direct if needed.
Person Specification
Education
- MBO/HBO working and thinking level.
Experience
- Proven experience in handling customer and supplier interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
Skills
- Proficiency in Office 365 and ERP systems.
Personal Attributes
- You enjoy identifying and solving problems to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle ad-hoc challenges and work effectively under pressure.
