We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, strategy, and overall success of our organization. Based at our site in Ridderkerk, Netherlands, this pivotal role demands a dynamic leader who can inspire teams, optimize processes, and align the company with its long-term goals.

Process Control Equipment is amongst the largest, independently owned stockists and distributors of valves, actuators, instrumentation, and automation packages across the UK and Europe. What we’re looking for

• Experience in a senior management role
• A proven track record in driving sales growth
• Strong leadership, communication, and financial skills.
• Resilient, adaptable, and results-driven.
• A knowledge of valves, automation / instrumentation for the oil & gas, and petrochemical industries is essential.
